RETURNS AND REFOUNDS POLICY FOR ORDERS DELIVERED IN ITALY

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items may be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund.

The request for refund/size change must take place within 15 days of receipt of the goods.

You can choose two types of return:

> Size change
No return transport costs are charged.
An exchange is only possible for a different size or colour of the same article, if available. The garment cannot be exchanged for a different article.
Only one free exchange of goods is possible for every authorised return.

> Refund
In the case of a return with request for refund, the cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer and deducted from the partial refund.

The cost of return shipping is € 6.50 for Italy.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the operations of receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item are completed.
For orders settled by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers within 15 days and will in any case be shown on the next card statement.  Timing may vary slightly depending on what bank circuit the credit card uses. For orders paid for through Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.

RETURNS AND REFOUNDS POLICY FOR EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

You can make a return request within 15 days after having received the order. The client will assume the expenses incurred in the transport logistics to Maristella Mare Srl. Choose a courrier (e.g., the Post Office), and send it to the address below:

Before proceeding with the shipment, you need to fill out the return form below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of shoes must be in perfect condition and show no marks of any kind.
Each item returned must include all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order, which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only outer packaging.
In the event of the goods received by the Customer being defective, or Maristellamare.it making shipping errors, the Customer is required to follow the same instructions as above.
Maristella Mare S.r.l. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorising returns for faulty goods and bearing the cost of shipping the goods back to its own premises.
Swimwear (bikinis, briefs, one-piece costumes etc.) must be tried on over one’s personal underwear. Returns of such items will be rejected and returned to the customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.
Maristella Mare S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns or returns shipped using couriers other than the one indicated in the email with return instructions.
Maristella Mare s.r.l. will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of the return policy. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
